Product care

Our lamps are a blend of resin, wood and electronics and require some care to ensure they remain in the best condition.

We use high quality UV resistant epoxy resin which is designed to be as UV stable as possible, however no epoxy resin system is completely invulnerable to prolonged high levels of UV light. With this in mind please take care to keep them out of direct sunlight for prolonged periods of time as this may in time result in yellowing of the resin.

The lamps will benefit from regular dusting using the supplied polishing cloth. We would advise you to avoid using products such as furniture polish or similar on the resin, a small amount on the wood should be fine.

When handling the lamps to move them around please use two hands to support both the resin and wood. The resin is glued to the wood and should be robust but some lamps have very heavy resin sections so we advise not to overstress the joint.

Please keep the lamps away from direct contact with water as the electronics don’t appreciate it.

Please keep the lamps away from heat sources such as fires as the glue and electronics maybe affected.

We provide a six month warranty from purchase, should any problems arise after this period please contact us quoting the serial number to arrange a repair.
