How long does it take to process an order?

Please allow 1 - 2 business days for your order to be processed for shipping. We make every effort to fulfil orders as quickly as possible. Please understand Vicky is working hard to make your products and ship them and there isn't a team of warehouse people processing your order!

Local Pickup

Local pickup is available Monday-Friday, subject to school drop-off and collection time windows.

Local delivery

Local delivery is available within a 20 mile radius of TA6 6NW, UK.

What about Shipping?

We cover the cost of standard UK shipping and discount International shipping by this amount.

For customers outside of the UK please email me first at vicky@whitestocksdesign.store so I can quote you for shipping costs and any customs duties which are payable. Please allow 1 -2 business days for this as I'm probably busy in the workshop!
